Lauren Branch

Lauren Branch is a Birmingham native, Spain Park High School alumna, and Auburn University graduate. Before beginning her real estate career, she worked in corporate advertising and marketing, where she developed the communication, marketing, and negotiation skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Now in her eighth year as a Realtor®, Lauren combines her marketing expertise, local market knowledge, and passion for helping people navigate major life decisions. Whether buying, selling, or investing, she strives to help clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the process. One of Lauren's greatest passions is educating her clients. In fact, it was her own home-buying experience that inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. After purchasing her first home, she realized how overwhelming the process can feel when you don't fully understand what's happening behind the scenes. That experience shaped the way she serves her clients today.

Lauren believes informed clients make confident decisions. She is committed to helping buyers and sellers understand every step of the process while providing the local market knowledge and neighborhood expertise needed to make smart, informed decisions. Her goal is for every client to feel educated, empowered, and supported from the initial consultation to the closing table. A recognized Top Producer, Lauren is known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and client-first approach. She is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals throughout Birmingham and its surrounding communities.

Lauren and her husband, Chris, live in Crestline with their two young children and are active in their community and throughout Birmingham's surrounding neighborhoods and suburbs. Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, weekends at Lake Martin, cheering on Auburn football, discovering Birmingham's latest restaurants and favorite local spots, and curling up with a good book whenever she gets the chance. The Branches are members of Mountain Brook Baptist Church and love being part of the Birmingham community they proudly call home.
