Client Testimonials:

Our realtor was Kathryn Dorlon at Ray & Poynor. My wife and I are first home buyers and were looking to buy a home in Vestavia. Kathryn patiently worked with us and made sure we understood the home buying process. She only showed properties we expressed interest in and quickly found a house for us that we loved.  She remained dedicated and involved throughout the entire process all the way to closing and made the whole process easy, which was very important to us as we are first time home buyers. The home we bought was a For Sale by Owner and therefore a tough negotiation. Despite this Kathryn went out of her way to help us through this process and ensured we were always comfortable with our final decisions. She was always available. It was a real pleasure working with Kathryn and because of her hard work we are now very happy home owners.

Kathryn was a pleasure to work with during my home purchase.  She represented both the seller and buyer in my situation and treated me honestly and fairly.  I would highly recommend working with Kathryn if you are looking for someone to treat you with respect and work hard to get you in the house of your dreams.
