Vestavia Hills native Hannah attended the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Marketing. After spending time in New York City, she returned to Birmingham and went on to earn both her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and her M.B.A. from Brock School of Business, graduating with honors. Before transitioning into real estate, Hannah spent years practicing law and advocating for personal injury clients both in and out of the courtroom. She remains a licensed attorney and active member of the Birmingham Bar Association. Her legal background, combined with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail, allows her to guide clients confidently through every stage of the buying and selling process.
Through her own experiences buying and selling homes, Hannah discovered a passion for real estate and helping others navigate one of life's biggest decisions. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, she is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals. Hannah and her husband, Matthew Cadwell, have two young children, Henry and Marigold. The Caldwells are active members of Oak City Church and enjoy traveling, exploring Birmingham's restaurant scene, cheering on their favorite football teams (Roll Tide and Go Birds), and making memories with their children.
