About Brendan PriceBrendan Price encompasses the qualities that will certainly make your home buying and selling a pleasure. His hard work ethic and strong character balance beautifully with his heart-centered approach to life. Brendan truly goes above and beyond to help everyone he meets – especially his clients!
Brendan laid the foundation for his commitment to success as a college athlete at Southern Illinois University where he maintained a full gymnastics scholarship, earned a bachelors in Education and become an NCAA Division I All-American. All of those flips must have taught him to view life from interesting angles; as he went on to set a Guinness World Record, entertain at Disney as stunt performer turned manager, and open and coach at a competitive men’s gymnastics school. As amazing as these life experiences were, none of them compare to the strength and grace he displayed when in 2003 when Brendan was diagnosed with cancer and went on to survive and thrive after a bone marrow transplant. When his life was flipped upside down yet again, Brendan was forced to slow down and truly embrace what he values most: a love-filled home, nurturing relationships, and work that ignites joy. These values drive him to truly understand both the practical and emotional importance of his clients’ homes.
Brendan has been in real estate for over 14 years. He fell in love with Virginia Bunting, lifetime resident of Birmingham, moved here and very quickly fell in love with our city. He is a resident of Forest Park and enjoys walking the area and meeting neighbors. Because of his own relocation process he can offer insight into how you can make your move enjoyable and seamless. Brendan’s passionate and heartfelt drive to serve and connect with his clients’ best interests makes him a great agent. Brendan’s energy, easy-going style and knowledge make him an ideal choice for all of your real estate needs. He realizes that buying and/or selling a home can feel stressful and he knows how to approach this process with an attitude of confidence. His leadership and “can do” attitude will lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible.
When not assisting clients, Brendan enjoys spending time with Virginia and her girls, volunteering, supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, spending time in the mountains of Asheville, NC and keeping his handstand game strong.
Brendan is a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
